"As a neighborhood association president, Tom represented us at city hall and protected our wonderful quality of life. As a NCIP coordinator, he brought many needed projects to New Monterey and Old Town. With his career as an engineer, he knows how to balance budgets and bring projects in on time. As a resident, he knows how important it is to pursue affordable workforce housing. I am grateful that he is running to be our council member."
